The supported operating systems for installing the product are:

  1. Linux

The system requirements for the application are:

  1. No of Nodes: 1 node
  2. Operating System: Linux
  3. Memory RAM : 16 GB

2. New Enhancements:

  1. New User Role (File Operator) Creation: The user will have access to data based on the partners assigned to them in the user module.
  2. Time zone Changes: FileGPS can be configured to display time in either of the following ways:
    • In accordance with the browser time.
    • According to the configured time zone.
  3. Change Password Encryption: Change the password encryption.
  4. Entity ID is mandatory: Entity ID is mandatory while creating the Entity.
  5. Search Performance Improvements: Fetching the top 1000 data and improving the cou nt performance.
  6. Auto Assign the Business Unit to the Business User Executive: When Business user executive creates the Business unit it will be auto assigned to him.
  7. JWT and OAuth for Alerts: Capable ofsending FNR, FLA, TNR, SLA, TRA, and Subscription alerts through API requests utilizing both JWT and OAuth for authentication.

  1. Retention policy:
    Introduce a dedicated page for configuring the retention policy, facilitating the addition of muItiple retention days contingent upon distinct conditions.

    Create and manage the Meta Data to the Client
  3. Data Purge:
    Built a summary table, where the number of files per partner, per app by day are inserted on a scheduled job and extended purge internal.
